Summary: This property is beautiful. Our party included four couples. We each had our own space and enjoyed the amazing shared space. The grounds are incredible. We saw geese, herons, deer, frogs, and hawks. We walked the grounds and enjoyed the streams, ponds, paths through the woods, endless fields and more. A true oasis of the Hudson Valley.

Summary: 1712 is a special place that offers entertainment and relaxation for all visitors of every age all in a wooded majestic environment. We enjoyed every detail of the house including everyone having their own space and bathroom. Property is well taken care of. Owner is fantastic.

Summary: We were 4 couples + kids/dogs. The house was as-is with what you see, which was even better in-person. Tom Jr went above and beyond, with an easygoing accommodating style. We felt taken care by of, yet unbothered. The pool is colder than some of us weaklings would have preferred, similarly the House AC is not capable of icebox temperature, but literally everything else besides these frivolous concerns was impeccable. The location was provides opportunities for orchards, cideries and sammie shops. We hope to return.

Summary: We couldn’t have been more pleased with 1712 House. The owners were responsive to our questions immediately. They went out of their way to provide a second pack n play for our grandkids. Upon our arrival the house was very clean and inviting. The house had every amenity that we could want and the property itself is just beautiful. I highly recommend this property without reservation.

Summary: The house was perfect and included everything we could have wanted. It was very well stocked, beautifully maintained (including the pool and the grounds), very clean, and large enough for my family and some friends to all enjoy it at the same time in different ways (or all together). The owner was lovely and available if we had questions. We will definitely be back.
